02How Ordering Works.

To order, choose your product and vehicle, select your options and add them to your basket. You can review and change everything in your basket and at checkout, including your contact and delivery details, before you pay. Please check them carefully, as we will use them to make and deliver your order.

When you place your order, you are offering to buy the products. We accept your offer when we email you to confirm your order, and that is when the contract between us starts. The confirmation email is your record of the contract, so please keep it. We also keep a copy of your order.

You are responsible for choosing the right vehicle make, model and size. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

We may cancel an order before production if a product is unsuitable for your vehicle, we cannot supply it, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we will tell you and refund you in full.

03Design & Proofs.

After ordering, you send us your design brief. Our designers lay out your signs and email you a digital proof. Design is free and includes up to three rounds of revisions. Further changes, or a new design after you have approved a proof, may be charged, and we will always agree the cost with you first.

Please check your proof carefully, including spelling, phone numbers, web addresses, logos, colours and positioning. Once you approve a proof, we produce your signs exactly as shown, and we are not responsible for errors that were in the approved proof.

Proofs are a guide. Colours on screen can look different from printed colours, and small variations in size and positioning can occur. Our Refunds & Returns Policy explains this in more detail.

04Prices & Payment.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current rate. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay, and delivery within the UK is free. A VAT invoice is available on request.

Payment is taken in full when you place your order. We accept card payments through Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available, and PayPal.

If we spot an obvious pricing mistake on your order, we’ll get in touch before making anything, and it’s your call whether to go ahead at the right price or have all your money back.

05Production & Delivery.

Your signs are made to order and delivered free, within 3 to 5 days of your proof approval, using a tracked courier service.

Delivery times are estimates. If we cannot deliver within a reasonable time, we will let you know, and you may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund.

Your signs become yours, and are your responsibility, when they are delivered. Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any damage as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with photos of the signs and packaging. This helps us sort it out quickly and does not affect your legal rights. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

06Cancellations & Returns.

Because your signs are personalised and made to your specification, the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for online purchases does not apply.

As a goodwill gesture, you can cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund, provided design or production has not started. After that, our design money-back guarantee applies: if you are still not happy with your design after your free revisions (up to 3) and you have not approved a proof, we will refund you in full. Once you approve a proof we start printing, and the guarantee no longer applies.

07Faulty Items & Your Rights.

We must supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described and that match your approved proof.

If you are a consumer and your signs are faulty or not as agreed, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to: reject them and get a refund within 30 days of delivery; or ask for a repair or replacement. If that doesn’t fix the problem, you may be entitled to a refund or a price reduction.

08Your Artwork & Content.

Anything you send us for your design, such as logos, photos and wording, must be accurate and yours to use (or used with the owner’s permission). It must also be legal, follow UK advertising rules and respect other people’s rights, including trade marks and copyright.

You give us permission to use your material only to design and produce your order. We can turn down any design we reasonably think is offensive, misleading or unlawful, or that uses someone else’s material without permission.

If you are a business customer, you agree to cover any reasonable costs or losses we suffer if someone claims your material infringes their rights.

You can use the designs we create for you on your vehicles and in your business. We keep your design files so we can reprint them for you. We will only show your signs in our portfolio or on social media if you agree.

09Fitting, Care & Your Vehicle.

Magnets need steel to hold on to. Only fit magnetic signs to flat steel panels that are clean and dry, as they won’t hold properly on aluminium, plastic, fibreglass or strongly curved bodywork.

Remove magnetic signs regularly to clean and dry both the sign and the panel, remove them before using a car wash, and store them flat when not in use. Vinyl graphics should be applied to clean, dry, sound paintwork in suitable conditions.

Please follow the fitting and care instructions we provide. If paintwork is marked because a sign was fitted wrongly, not cleaned regularly, or put on paint that was already chipped, resprayed or poor quality, we can’t accept responsibility for it.

You are responsible for fitting your signs securely and for making sure your vehicle’s signage complies with any laws, insurance or lease conditions that apply to you.

10Our Liability.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for breaching your statutory rights as a consumer, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

If you are a consumer and we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or that was caused by incorrect fitting, misuse or alterations made after delivery.

If you are a business customer, the most we will pay for any claim relating to an order is the amount you paid for that order, and we will not pay for lost profits, lost business, business interruption or any indirect or consequential loss.

Magnetic signs must be fitted and used safely: only on clean, dry, flat steel panels (never on aluminium, plastic or curved trim), checked before every journey, and removed before going through a car wash or driving long distances at motorway speeds. Our FAQ has full fitting and care advice. We are not responsible for loss, damage or injury caused by a sign that has not been fitted, checked or used in this way.

11Events Outside Our Control.

Occasionally things happen that we cannot reasonably control, such as extreme weather, courier disruption, supplier problems or power and internet failures. If one of these holds up your order, we won’t be liable for the delay, but we will keep you updated and do what we reasonably can to get things moving. If the delay is significant, you can cancel and receive a refund for anything you have paid for but not received.

12Complaints.

If you are not happy with your order or our service, please contact us first, with your order number. We will respond as quickly as we can and do our best to put things right.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will tell you whether an alternative dispute resolution service can help and whether we are willing to use it. You can also get independent advice from Citizens Advice.

13Other Important Terms.

These terms can change over time. Your order is covered by the version that was on our website on the day you placed it.

The content of our website, including text, images and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

If a court decides that part of these terms is invalid, the rest will still apply. Only you and we have rights under this contract, and we may transfer our rights to another business if our business is sold, without affecting your rights.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
