How do I tell you what I want on my signs?
After checkout you get a link to a short design form. Upload your logo, type in the details you want shown and add any notes. Our designers do the rest and send you a proof. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the sharpest result; PNG or JPG is fine. Files up to 10 MB.
Will my magnetic signs follow the exact shape of my van’s panels?
Our magnetic signs are designed and sized to suit the available panel space on your chosen van. As bodywork, trims and fittings can vary, the signs may not follow every curve or edge of the panel exactly.
We allow suitable clearance around body lines, handles and fittings to help ensure your signs sit flat and securely.

Do I pay before I see a design?
Yes. You order first, then we design. You get up to 3 free revisions and nothing is printed until you approve the proof. If you change your mind, you can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, provided design work hasn’t started. See Refunds & Returns.
What if my van has deadlocks or a rear camera?
Tell us in the notes when you order and we design around them. Small cut-outs for cameras, locks and handles are a normal part of fitting and don’t affect your rights. Give us the exact make and model of the camera, lock or handle and we can supply a cut-out template.
Do magnetic van signs stay on at motorway speed?
Yes, when they’re fitted correctly. They’re made from premium vehicle-grade magnetic sheet and designed to stay on at normal road speeds, including on the motorway. Fit them to clean, dry, flat steel panels, press them down from the centre out so every edge is in contact, and check they’re secure before every journey.
What surfaces can I put them on?
Clean, flat, painted steel panels. They won’t grip aluminium, plastic or fibreglass, or panels with heavy ribs, body filler or fresh paint, and every edge needs to sit flat on steel. Not sure what your van is made of? Call us before you order.
Can I reorder the same signs later?
Yes. We keep your artwork on file, so a replacement set or signs for a second van are a quick reorder.
