Shipping & Delivery Policy.
At Fleet Livery Group, we understand how important it is to receive your signs promptly. That’s why we aim to make our production and delivery process as straightforward and efficient as possible.
Production & Delivery Times.
All our magnetic signs and vinyl graphics are made to order, ensuring your products are produced to your approved design and specifications.
Once you’ve reviewed and approved your design proof, you can expect to receive your signs within 3 to 5 days.
Please note that this timeframe begins from the date your final design proof is approved, rather than the date your order is placed.
Delivery Service.
Delivery is FREE. We use a tracked courier service to deliver your signs securely and efficiently once production is complete.
When your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your delivery and see when it’s expected to arrive.
Delivery Delays.
Although we always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to courier disruptions, unforeseen circumstances or exceptionally busy production periods.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Should we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
